All-purpose Miniatures Rules (1999)

A booklet (120 pages) containing three universal sets of miniature rules and some supplemental materials. Main rules are:

Section 1: Skirmish Combat (For 25mm figures. 24 or less figures per side. For 15mm figures, halve all distances)
1 inch = 10 feet, 1 figure = 1 man.

Section 2: Mass Combat (For 25mm figures. About 24-150 figures per side. For 15mm figures, halve all distances)
1 inch = 10 feet, 1 stand = 3 men, 1 unit = 2-4 stands (6-12 men)

Section 3: Massive Combat (For 1/300 (6mm) figures. More than 150 figures)
1 inch = 20 feet, 1 stand = 6 men or 1 vehicle

Supplemental materials are:
Section 4: Vehicles (land, air, naval and space vehicles can be designed)
Section 5: Giant Robots
Section 6: Creature Creation
Section 7: Magic and Psionic Powers
Section 8: Building Your Army
Section 9: Designer's Notes
