Panzerkeil is an armoured or tank wedge.
One of the features of this game is the rules regarding mechanized units.
Mechanized troops have two states: normal and exhausted. Unlike other games, these troops are not reduced in strength by battle damage, but are exhausted by forced marches and battles.
This indicates that the mechanized unit has fallen due to failure or damage to its vehicles as a result of movement or combat, or that its mobility and combat power have been greatly reduced due to consumption of fuel and ammunition.
The Tsukuda hobbies edition covers Kursk & 3rd Kharkov, 1943 (# HG-128-6800).
The two newer Game Journal editions simulates Kursk & 3rd Kharkov separately.
