Miramix (2024)

Miramix is a strategic game that immerses you in the wonders of the marine world, allowing you to create and manage your own underwater ecosystem. Set in a rich and diverse ocean environment, players must connect environment cards to build a balanced ecosystem in a 4x4 grid and populate it with native species tiles. During the game, each player selects and places environment cards to expand their ecosystem while strategically deciding which species to introduce based on habitat compatibility and available space. Players face challenges as they balance between populating their ecosystem early with smaller species for guaranteed points or expanding habitats to host larger species with higher rewards. Environmental threats, like pollution and invasive species, add tension and force tough decisions. The game plays over three rounds, with each round consisting of five turns. The player with the most points at the end, considering species diversity and effective management of threats, wins the game.
