A game that re-creates the processes of "the Mother of all Parliaments".
Each player controls one of the political parties represented in British politics during the early 1980's. The game starts with a General Election conducted across a representative 16 constituencies with the player winning the greatest number of seats forming the initial Government. A further 16 constituencies are subsequently contested at a series of by-elections each of which may result in a change in the governing party.
The winner is the first player to form a Government and obtain three "readings" for a legislative Bill enabling it to pass into law.
