F6F Hellcat (2022)

26 July 1943, your squadron of Hellcats on the Belleau Wood carrier (CVL-24) have arrived in Pearl Harbor to take the war to the Japanese. Armed with guns, rockets, and bombs, your job is to take control of the Pacific Islands overrun with Imperial Japanese. Take enough down and you can bring the battle to Mainland Japan and win the war. Using the Gear Card System, you control your three flights of Hellcats and CVL-24 to shoot down Zeroes and bomb island bases. During that time, you must protect your carrier from Judy’s (Japanese Bombers) and Kamikaze pilots. If your carrier is sunk, it is game over. You must maintain the right altitude to fire down the Zeroes and high-altitude bombers, while evading their attacks. Dive bombing enemy bases is also no easy task. Flak can bring you down in an instant. All the while, you must keep an eye on your fuel and the threatening sky. Become an Ace by shooting down Zeroes and earn powerful Upgrades.
