The monstrous, Pterodactyl (PL 8), was transformed into this frightening form when the reptilian villain Saurian exposed the island of Manhattan to a genetic virus that re-wrote human DNA.
Though he has been captured and returned to his human form many times, eventually the hunger comes, and the Pterodactyl flies again!
