It depicts the while armor battles around Debrecen and Nyireghaza, Hungary in October 1944 from Oct 9 to 27. During this time, both sides attacked and counterattacked in bloody see-saw battles which saw the Germans destroying three Russian Corps.
This game is an updated version of his game The Last Panzer Victory: The Battle of Debrecen – Hungary, 1944 with completely new rules, better counters and covers the battle depicted in The Last Panzer Victory: The Battle of Debrecen – Hungary, 1944 and the battles that followed(essentially covers more than his earlier game).
