"This is an expansion kit to add a rule for the special ability and post season to Power Baseball.
Special ability gives more personality to players.
During off-season, camp, draft and trade will be performed.
Pick the amateur players by draft.
Camp and trade will improve player's ability.
Older players will offer to retire.
