This Medical Dossier 4 has been designed for the fans who love the 1st Edition of Clinic and still want to complete the collection of extensions. It is packed in the same beige Dossier than the other Medical Dossier #1, #2, and #3. It contains: - All Stretch goals unlocked during the Clinic Deluxe Edition campaign (4 Workaholic purple Doctors, 8 Blood rectangles, and 8 Red Cylinders for the extinguishers, and 8 lime green Zombies). - All the components of the Clinic Deluxe Extension 4, released for the Essen fair 20: 4 Basement player boards printed both side with the old illustrations from Sampo Sikïo 9 Double tiles with the old illustrations from Sampo Sikïo A set of English rules.
