Speedway (1984)

Speedway is fairly simple auto racing game that lasts three laps. The main mechanism is roll and move for speed. There is, however, a little strategy as you must declare intentions to change lanes or pass before you roll and you can get caught. Also, there is an Ave Caesar like pit stop requirement forcing drivers to decide whether to make a pit stop on the first or second lap (pit stops on the third lap require an extra lap to finish the race.) Once the decision is made, it then becomes a matter of planning to get to pit row.
