"Suburbia: Essen Spiel consists of three new buildings (with two copies of each) for Suburbia:
Grugapark: This increases your borough's reputation, with a bonus for being adjacent to other Essen Spiel buildings.
U-Bahn: This increases your borough's income, with a bonus for being adjacent to other Essen Spiel buildings.
Messe Essen: This increases both your borough's reputation and income, with a bonus for being adjacent to other Essen Spiel buildings.
To use these buildings in Suburbia, mix them into their appropriate stacks (A, B, or C) prior to starting a game, then follow the instructions on each tile after adding it to your city.
