Claire Fontaine is excited, as the next chapter in her life is about to start. She's about to graduate college and is engaged to her soulmate Benjamin Hathoway. Suddenly Benjamin breaks off their engagement and refuses to tell Claire why. Claire then goes missing. Eventually Claire's found dead in a partially frozen lake. Her car is found more than 20 miles away.
