Soldatenspiel (1908)

The blue army (50 infantry and 12 cavalry) are positioned on 62 spaces near the mill, while the red army occupies 62 spaces near the farm on the other side of the river. Movement in any direction is 6 spaces for the infantry or 10 spaces for the cavalry per turn. The player has to decide if he moves his infantry or cavalry. The players try to take enemy pieces by enclose them so that they can't move. Enclosed troops are removed from the game.
