Fightin' Fungi (2015)

Fightin' Fungi is an advanced incarnation of the Song of Blades and Heroes fantasy skirmish rules — with a side serving of mushrooms. This stand-alone miniatures game features: Plenty of special rules including weapon-based and martial arts traits; A detailed magic system with 36 spells; Hundreds of ready-to-play profiles, with a point system to add your own; A dedicated 28mm miniatures line; A unique setting in a valley populated by mushroom creatures. As with all games in the Song of Blades and Heroes family, it's a miniatures game with individually activated figures. There is a press your luck element in deciding how many activation dice to roll: the more successes you roll, the more actions you can take with a given figure. But if you roll 2+ failures, your turn ends and it might leave you with unactivated troops. Unlike most games in this system, Fightin' Fungi actually has (optional) miniatures made specifically for the game.
