Hill(y) Billy

Hill Billy Times is a racing game where finishing with the most money wins, not crossing the line first. Players bid for positions, draw hazard movement cards, and bluff secretly. Opponents pay insurance against chosen hazards. The race ends once bonus money stacks are cleared by the racers.
