The Merchant of Ruin is Chapter Two of the Broken Ring Saga series of Tier 2 Planescape adventures.
The characters are the only beings in position to prevent a terrible catastrophe from striking Sigil. Following a tenuous lead, the heroes journey to the wilds of Faunel in the Outlands in search of a mysterious arms dealer who presents their only chance at learning of a diabolical weapon.
