A simple wargame using map and counters, giving an outline framework for the battle of Quatre Bras. Movement is simultaneous but straightforward. Musketeers, riflemen and artillery can fire at range, hitting on a 6 on a standard die - units take two such hits to destroy them. Melee combat simply consists of comparing the strength of the opposing units, the weaker side retreating on their next two turns. There are rules for terrain and forming squares, and it is suggested that the rules could be developed further if the players wish.
This game came with Practical Wargamer vol 10 no 6, Nov/Dec 1996, and included a simple map (no hexes) and counters to be cut out.
