Knoo: Adventure Survival (2023)

Nestled beneath a frisky pine forest lies a land of lakes and streams. Navigate through the charted map system by water, portage or take a bush plane, putting kilometres behind you, thwarting disasters and aquiring new skills to survive while setting up new tent sites and obtaining the points you need to win. Along the way you will pick up valuable equipment needed for your survival. “Weather or Not” you have what it takes to return safely to the Parking Lot with all of your points, might be up to you, but someone else may have another idea! Each player starts with 2 Equipment Cards (which is the currency each turn, no dice), 2 Survival Cards, 3 Tent Site Markers, a Map Reference Card to establish your starting position and a MNOO player piece. Point tokens are scrambled and placed randomly on star locations throughout the board. Gameplay is to strategize the best, one way, route to collect 15 minimum points and get back to the Parking Lot to win. You must thwart inevitable disasters with Survival Cards or purchase special Weather or Not Cards that can help or hinder you along your journey. Take a bush plane to move greater distances as an additional transport mechanism. —description from the designer
