Each Player is a member of the Kaboomski Family, a family of Salvoslavakian spies working undercover in New Clearland. As they meet their neighbors, they work against each other to secure the most Intel for their Fearsome Leader.

The game is divided into 2 phases, Scheme and Action. During the Scheme Phase, a new neighbor arrives at the door. In a randomized order, the players play cards face down from a selection of Espionage, Interrogation, Sabotage, and Manipulation Cards. Players must deduce what cards their opponents played and what effect that might have on the cards around them. During the Action Phase, the cards are revealed and resolved, right to left. Whoever gains the most Intel learns that Neighbor's Secret, a one time use ability to help win the game.

After 3 rounds, each with 2 Neighbors, are played, whoever has the most total Intel wins!
