In Les Mille pas you play women in their professional lives. But this life is not a long, quiet road! Who will manage to beat the red lights and make a thousand steps?

A professional career is all about personal choices, decisions made by others, meetings, allies... In this game, you will have to find the right balance between blocking your opponents by distributing pitfalls symbolised by red lights, and helping them by finding solutions symbolised by green lights. The game tries to synthesise and make you live the adventure of a professional career between individuality and sisterhood. Throughout the game, players place step cards. The first player to accumulate 1000 steps wins the game!

Les Mille pas was created thanks to the testimonies of 700 women interviewed in 2020 about the obstacles and accelerators they encountered during their professional career. They also gave us their solutions for dealing with these inequalities. Les Mille pas is a reflection of these testimonies.'
