In a city ruled by a totalitarian regime, where citizens possess safety and conformity at the loss of their liberty and independence, there are those who still resist. They operate in separate cells, but strike as one With total lock down of high-tech communication techniques, they orchestrate their efforts through couriers, highly trained in the arts of Parkour and evasion. They take to the rooftops of the city to pass their critical information throughout the network. It is on these Rooftop Runners that the resistance may ever hope to strike a fatal blow to the oppressors and usher in a new era of freedom.
