Empires, a medieval, head-to-head combat card game, puts you in command of a kingdom seeking to control the known world. With upgradable units, a vault of gold and an impressive variety of tactical decisions each turn, Empires is an immersive, strategic experience for all ages.

Empires includes several classes of units including infantry, cavalry, archers, and siege carefully balanced through a classic rock-paper-scissors mechanic. Research a plethora of technologies and construct powerful buildings for even more strategy! Construct a formidable deck from a huge collection of cards. Designed for head-to-head gameplay.

All actions taken during your turn cost gold. On your turn, draw cards from either your deck or discard pile, then deploy or construct units and buildings to the battlefield. Once your units and buildings have been strategically placed, engage in combat by attacking your enemy's units and buildings. Attacks are compared to armor and then deteriorate heath of which is tracked with damage counters. Be sure to protect your town center as when it falls you lose the game. To win, either destroy your enemy's town center or have them run out of gold.
