Ultimate Battle Soul: Konjiki no Gash Bell!! (Final war in ancient times BOX) (2004)

Theme:
究極バトル魂：金色のガッシュベル!! （古の最終決戦BOX） or Ultimate Battle Soul: Konjiki no Gash Bell!! (Final war in ancient times BOX) uses characters from manga and anime Konjiki no Gash Bell!! (known in the West as Zatch Bell!)Pitting one team of Mamono demons against another leads to a tournament of battles in order to become the king of Mamono world.

Game-play:
A chess like game with a dice-driven combat, modified by using magic powers of the demons. Demons' skill are described on the "spell book" cards. One card represents one demon and contains 6 unique skills. Players construct up to 4 demons team with unique names. Figures of the demons move between 3 zones: offense, defense and moon light zone. Demons' skills are triggered on specific zones and require AP (action points). Each demon figure has a counter with a max. 12AP, which are simultaneously its life. During a turn player can do 2 actions.

Goal:
The game is won by a player who resets all opponent's Mamono demons counters (life) to zero.
