The city is so rich and powerful that it has freed itself from the strict authority of the holy Roman Empire. Influential families now rule Verona replacing the weak puppet and figurehead, Prince Escalus! Who will gain supreme power? Game for 2-5 players and lasts about 60 mins. Players compete in hot auctions, plan intrigues and guess those (intrigues) of others by completing secret or public tasks. Winner needs sufficient economic and military power as well as domination of territory.
