Tyrannical (2024)

Tyrannical is a Card game for 2 to 6 players. It comes with the cards 180 total and a set of 6 20 sided dice which act as hit dice. Players draw from the same deck and play to see who can get all other players hit die to 0 or Lay down 5 land cards to win.

Play starts when all cards are shuffled into one deck. Each player gets 5 cards dealt to them, and a 20 die. The deck is placed within reach of all players and a discard spot is reserved to the side of the deck. Each player rolls their 20 sided dice to see who goes first. Highest roll wins. All players move their die to 20. Play moves clockwise. Each player will take a turn playing 1 action, one mp multiplier card, one D defense card or one L land card. They then follow the instructions on the card. Action cards are discarded once the rule on the card has been satisfied against an opponent. All other cards go in their places as assigned by the rules. The player then draws a card from the deck back to 5. Always keep 5 cards in your hand. Play continues like this until 5 land cards are played, or one player gets all others hit dice to zero.
