Black Death (fan expansion for Tramways) (2019)

Long have the animals of this world grown and prospered, finding ever more means of sustaining themselves and their kind. They sprout up anywhere they find favorable conditions, and when the conditions are not, they adapt to make themselves hardy enough to survive. As they grow in numbers, so too does their insolence.

But not for long.

Now is the time for us to strike! Now is the time to bring these “humans” to their knees and show them that their safety, their progress, is illusory. For what they see as a strength, their numbers, will be their undoing. We shall descend upon them with a fury the likes of which they have never seen. None shall be spared our retribution, all shall wither under our onslaught, and once again the proper balance shall be restored.

We are Pestilence.

We are Suffering.

We are Black Death.

In Tramways: Black Death, players take on the role of Yersinia Pestis and spread the Bubonic Plague (the Black Death) from the Asian Steppes to all of the Western World. Points can be achieved through normal means, but also through the spread of the Plague through Europe and the Middle East. In the end, only one player will win, but the Black Death shall ultimately be victorious.
