CHOAM (2020)

A free PnP asymmetrical Monopoly game inspired by the classic Dune board game.

Unlike traditional Monopoly, players can choose between five different factions, each with unique abilities and win conditions. Each player will have four fighters they can use to attack others and lay claim to the enemy's strongholds but it will always be at a cost.

Players should also be careful of the very planet itself, as Arrakis is a harsh place and to survive it will take its toll. Luckily, if a player owns certain territories they either gain by force or are naturally given it from the start, they can receive riches in the form of the spice melange.

With the spice, players can bribe and trade with each other and afford to survive in the hostile deserts of Arrakis. But players should be cautious, as deals can be broken and players can lie their way to getting spice. Calling them out on not following through on a deal or catching them in a lie can cause them to lose a turn but a player falsely accusing someone of lying can have harsher consequences.

The game ends when any of the unique faction specific winning conditions are met.
