Uesugi Civil War is a wargame based on the Battle of Sanemakihara that took place between Yamanouchi Uesugi clan and Ōgigayatsu Uesugi clan on February 5, 1488 in the current city of Isehara.

Yamanouchi Uesugi clan invaded with a large army of 1,000 cavalry, but Ōgigayatsu Uesugi clan, who had only 200 cavalry, defeated Yamanouchi Uesugi clan by taking advantage of the terrain.
This game recreates this battle with a total of 44 playing pieces and an easy-to-understand map connecting key points with roads.
