Crazy Cat Lady (2022)

In Crazy Cat Lady players must fill the void in their life and cross the threshold into becoming a Crazy Cat Lady! While trying to acquire cats players must balance multiple jobs, renovate their home, and deal with general cat maintenance. lord-chub.png The entire game is represented by a deck of only 18 double-sided poker-sized cards. Players draw cards using a set amount of points each turn, based on their current job. By acquiring and playing these cards you can put them in to play to apply for more jobs, gaining more points per turn - renovate your home to house more cats - and, of course, acquire more cats! But beware - based on that same hand of cards, at the end of every turn you draw a game-changing event card that adds cat complications to your life. Can you manipulate your hand to prepare for such events, while not losing the cards you need to win? Clever hand management and forward-thinking strategy are required to win!

The game uses double-sided card system that serves multiple purposes. On one side of every card are various events, but once these events occur the card is flipped, revealing a new cat, renovation, or job card, and is made available for the player to gain into their hand either instantly or for a price, depending on the scenario of the event. The order of the events change up the game, allowing it to feel like a new challenge each play-through!
