A military-themed RPG co-authored by Carl Smith (of TSR and Pacesetter fame) and Jim McHone. This ziplocked game consists of two digest-sized rulebooks and a set of pull-out maps, charts, and tables.

Two supplements were later released. Code Name: Nova focused on Warsaw Pact forces and The OMEGA File was a role-playing adventure.
