Goblin Plunder (2024)

A quick and dirty 15-30min card game for 2-4 players. Inspired by fantasy adventures, the card game sets players as goblins plundering treasure from a dragon's cave.

Each turn the cave refreshes with new treasure cards. Player goblins can take a treasure from the cave, steal from another player, turn a card in their hand, or stash a card safely in their hoarde.At the end of each round, the dragon hoards the most valuable treasure left in the cave.

When the dragon can't take an action, the last round triggers! Create the best hoard of treasure to score for sets of matching treasure types and value of each card.

Set collecting mechanics, with drafting and stealing, and hand management to create the best treasure sets. Competitive game with players working against each other plus the automated 'Dragon' player - and the Dragon could win!

Competitive with a touch of reluctant cooperation. Two decks can be combined to play with 5+ players.
