This is a party game full of data about Cologne and its annual Mardi Gras celebration. Based on card instructions, players must answer questions about the festival, about the local dialect, draw or pantomime something, enumerate five examples of something, etc.

The title is a traditional expression in the Cologne area, first appearing in the writings of Prince Metternich in 1635. It basically means "Cologne above all else", i.e. is the Cologners way of expressing their love of their city.
