Racketeers is a strategic game that blends worker placement, area majority, negotiation, and push your luck mechanics to create an exciting criminal experience. Players will step into the shoes of cunning Racketeers and lead a gang of goons in taking control of illicit rackets, gaining cash, booze, guns, and notoriety!
In every round, players strategically position control markers to secure their dominance over rackets, enabling them to obtain the highest and most lucrative rewards by gaining majority control over their businesses. Alternatively, players may decide to partake in clever negotiations with fellow players, creating temporary alliances that can be mutually beneficial and profitable. Players should also be cautious about attracting unwanted attention, as excessive heat could lead to a raid and the potential loss of both stock and goons.
The player who gains the most notoriety at the end of the game wins!
