The First Crown of Miltania, first among monarchs, is dead. You, the monarchs of Miltania's eight realms, now must choose who among you shall be the next to wear the Eightfold Crown as First Crown. The Chancellor, the First Crown's chief supporter, also wields great power in the new regime. As you wager in this game of diplomacy and deception, never lose sight of the ultimate question: Who Wears the Crown?

Who Wears the Crown is a king-making, social-collusion, partial information, negotiation game of court politics and shifting alliances. In Who Wears the Crown there are two winners the First Crown who has the most Crown points and the Chancellor who has the most of the First Crown's influence. Players play Crown cards to either support or betray their rivals and players negotiate with their influence to score Crown points.
