This the last place between the realms offering fertile land and ancient treasures. Yet unexplored and dangerous, the future of your people lies there. Gather your bravest Champions and become the ruler of Aer. But beware as you are not the only one who follows the call.

Champions of Aer is a semi-competitive strategy game for 2 players about might, exploration and resource management set in the fantastic world of Aer.

The players controll Champions which explore a randomized map every playthrough and have to overcome risky challenges. They can choose between five factions with unique play styles, troops, magic spells and quests. Additionally the seasons highly impact their advance as many challenges and the strength of their troops are altered by them.

In order to become the Champion of Aer players have to complete quests, which will reward exploring the map, gaining control over territories and developing their city.

Gaining control over territories is simple but dangerous. The Champions, accompanied by their loyal troops,have to defeat unknown challenges on every map tile. The composition of the troops, spells and the ability to call reinforcements mid-fight are key to overcome the dangers awaiting them. Luckily, by expanding their empire the players can gather better troops, learn ancient spells and even hire more champions.
