Oise is a department in the north of France.

The goal of the game is to complete a circuit in the department faster than your opponents by traveling from city to city. This is done either by foot, bicycle, or car. Money can be earned (to buy a bicycle or car) or lost during the game.

In his turn, the player moves one space or two space with bicycle or 4 spaces with his car following different routes. Its purpose is to visit every city in any order.
Every time you stop on a region that is not named, draw a card. That brings You some good or bad news.

Player who visits all regions on game board and returns to the space he started first is the winner.
