As an officially-branded Monopoly variety, the four corner squares are not allowed to be rethemed, but the rest of the game is D&D-themed. Gameplay works the same as classic Monopoly.

Includes game board, 6 metal tokens, 28 Title Deed Cards, 16 Encounters (Chance) Cards, 16 Treasure (Community Chest) Cards, paper money with customized art, 32 Expeditions (Houses), 12 Bases (Hotels), 2 dice, and rules.
