Promo Card for King of Tokyo created to advertise the King of Tokyo: Dark Edition. Distribution of this item was disrupted by the COVID-19 pandemic and is pending as of October 2020. Was also available as part of the rewards for backing Game Boy Geek 2021 Kickstarter campaign.
