Dysturbia's last line-up is in mortal danger: a former killer of the Syndicate crime organization, who calls himself "The Reaper", is running amok. He wants to eliminate all enemies of the cartel on his own within a year. Police, public prosecutor's office, journalism - anyone who still stands up for law and truth in Dysturbia will be targeted by the assassin!
