Salad Master Smoothie is a board game that allows modern individuals facing a vegetable deficiency to easily consume vegetables. Building on the previous game, "Sarada Master," it includes carefully selected vegetables.

The rules involve deducing and pointing to vegetables with the correct quantity according to a given theme. However, some vegetables are only visible by name, requiring a bit of attention.

The nutritional content of the vegetables on the cards is based on the Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science, and Technology's Japanese Food Standard Composition Table 2020 (8th edition).
