Statistical cricket game from the inexhaustable Terry Goodchild, who has designed more sports games than you have had hot dinners.
This game rates every County Cricket side for two seasons, 1985 and 1986. Dice are used and checked against certain ratings of the teams. Very few dice rolls are needed to complete a match because this game was intended to be a game where you can play an entire season in an evening. I don't know how many games that would be, around 150 perhaps, so a routine sports simulation was not wanted.
