Shadowfist: Dark Future (2002)

Dark Future was an expansion set sold as boosters for the Shadowfist game. The story takes place in the future juncture of the Secret War. The Reascended are introduced: the Ascended reborn using High Tech. Also, a new faction debuts: The Purists are masters of magic, math and paradox.

The Architects' iron rule weakens as they fight a civil war masterminded by Homo Omega, who uses the distraction to plot humanity's destruction. It all comes to a head in the year 2062, as heroes die, a new faction is born, and the world spirals closer to a Dark future.
