The Marquis is a 1-4 player thematic cooperative stealth game which takes place in 18th century France and which will let you experience the adventures from historical novels in the mysterious town which is hiding its dark underground secrets.

A group of three young aristocrats yearning for revenge come to the gloomy streets of mysterious town Montbeliard.
The players will experience the underworld of aristocracy, full of intrigues, lackeys and traitors and reveal the
hidden mystery of Count Ressequie´s family.

The Marquis is a Stealth game. Light is your enemy, dark and shadow is your friend. Quietly approach the guards while hidden in the shadows, jump out of the dark corner to unarm the enemy, or surprise them with resolute attack by the sabre. Hide into the shadows, climb on the town towers to reach open window, many times the only way how to get into building. Shoot your shiny copper musket from the tower to cover your comrades.
Mysterious black fog coming from the sewers hides monster known as the tongue of Mephistopheles somehow connected with the count's family.

The Main Story Line is uncovering slowly as you play and consists of 12 chapters plus side quests.
