Sever

"Sever" is a pure territorial placement game for two players on an initially empty hex board. Players take turns placing stones until the board is full. Scoring depends on adjacent group counts: groups score for their owner unless adjacent to a larger group, in which case they score for the opponent. Ties are impossible, and a pie rule balances the game.
