Just Cause 3 - Bavarium Sea Heist

This DLC takes Rico to the 'Stingray Area', an offshore rig where the eDEN Corporation once researched weather control. The Black Hand now uses the base for a global project, and Rico must stop them. The expansion adds new missions, floating bases, a weaponized jet-boat, and a handheld lightning gun.
