Fishing for Terrorists
In Fishing for Terrorists, you lead a government agency fighting terror. Your goal is to capture as many terrorists as possible while sabotaging rival agencies. Reminiscent of Go Fish with action cards, the game satirizes the bureaucratic squabbling and rivalry common within intelligence services.
