Hoopla

A 1960s dexterity game where players manipulate a unicyclist on a wire to collect colored plastic hoops from a chute. A spinner dictates actions, and two difficulty settings allow players to steal opponents' hoops. The player with the highest score after all hoops are collected wins the game.
