Renaissance Battles 1494-1700, Volume 2 (1997)

Renaissance Battles Book II is the fifth book in a series of books that allows the wargamer to re-fight actual historical battles with his own preferred set of wargame rules. I have based this book on WRG De Bellis Renationis rules, and I have included explanations for troop types for other rule sets, including a standard key for troop types. My book gives enough information for you to re-enact the battle described in a concise ad compact way, covering why it took place, the forces engaged, given in elements and actual numbers of men, it gives a deployment guide and illustration of the battle's initial positions, the victory conditions and historical outcome. -from the introduction 22 scenarios are included.
