Deduce, confuse and keep your eye on those goal cards as you and everyone else moves them around the table. Whomever has the king meeple at the end wins.
At the start every player gets a hidden goal card and a hand of actions cards.
On your turn play one action card from your hand on the table and say out loud which of the two actions you want to use: top or bottom. This action is resolved. Play continues to your left.
Keep playing until the last action card is played or the effect of the last round action is resolved. Turnover the goal cards to see who has managed the get the king meeple.
