This is a dice game in the Onsworld Jackpot Dice series (the other's being Black Jack, Crossword, Liar Poker and Lucky Fortune Dice).
Players are dealt a card which shows six 2-digit numbers. They put counters into a pot which they are vying for. The only digits which appear on the cards are 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 and 9. On their turn, the player rolls two six-sided dice and with the two numbers rolled, forms a 2-digit number. For this purpose, the 6 can also be used as a nine. So, rolling a 1 and a 6, the player can form 16, 19, 61 or 91. All players check their card and if they have the 2-digit number, they can cover it with a counter. The player who first covers all the six numbers on his card wins the pot.
